Lewis has lived in Hagerstown his whole life. He accepted the Lord as his Savior when he was four years old after church one evening. Lewis has been encouraged by his mother and father to live in a way that pleases God. He also gives credit to his grandfather and others who invested time in his life to keep him accountable in life. Lewis attended Grace Academy in Hagerstown, MD.
During this time he also rededicated his life to doing God’s will. He credits the teachers and administration at Grace with encouraging him to develop leadership qualities. During his time at Grace Academy he was given the opportunity to speak to the student body in chapel. Throughout middle and high school he served in the Student Counsel and became Student Body President his senior year.
At 13 he began working with Child Evangelism Fellowship. His training through CEF provided skills to teach and speak to groups. The Summer Missionary program helped to form his desire to work with children. He has since worked at Conoco Camp and Wildside Kids at the Hagerstown Rescue Mission.
Lewis enjoys outside activities including fishing, boating, snowboarding and hunting. His newest hobby is scuba diving.
As part of FCF’s Student Ministry Staff, Lewis brings a great ability to relevantly connect with students personally and practically.
