We are excited to announce that after an overwhelming approval by the FCF membership at the business meeting on August 30, the Deacon Board extended an invitation to Pastor Gordon McDaniel to become the next Lead Pastor at FCF. Pastor Gordon has graciously accepted. The excitement shared among the members as the decision was announced was evident throughout the sanctuary.
The McDaniels will be making their move to the East Coast during the first part of October. Please be in prayer for them as they sell their home in Texas, pack, and make the transition to the 4-state area.
A Welcome to FCF Celebration for the McDaniels will be announced once final plans have been made. Please watch the bulletin for more information.
